I am using the Server version. I booted up to the USB into WinPE created from AOMEI and selected the image to restore from a network drive. Everything works fine until I get to the restore screen where it wants me to select the destination hard drive. It only lists the USB I booted from but not the computer's hard drive. What else do I need to do?

backup not bootable, windows code
Hello,
i tried to restore from a
backup to windows 10 home 1703, with the bootable dvd i could start the
program and the restore worked normaly. But i didn`t got a bootable C:,
(C:128 ssd, 60 GB free, D:1000). I had a windows code 0xc0000225. Purely
i deleted windows old bevore out of c:, so i even could not refresh the
windows. In the backup i wanted to restore windows 10 old was included,
but it didin`t make any changes.
I gave the Laptop to professionals now, they will make a complete new system out of it.
So
i am thinking of continueing using my youst baught aomei backup
software, because in the case i needed it it did´n`t work fine.
I always did a full system backup. I wanted to restore from the backup, why wasn`t it bootable than? Where was the fault?
I startet the first restore out of a working windows 10 home 1703 system out of the program and out of a 1703 system backup. Because this also was not bootable i started from backup CD Windows PE.
I just bought the program on 13. May 2017, the german dealer shows a 90 days money back guarantee. I contacted

Cannot access NAS even though I can see it in Win Explorer
I cannot access the drive on my Asus router, even though I can see it in Windows file explorer. I am using the AOMEI Free backup. Do I need to have the full pro version for this to work? Or am I doing something stupid?
Any help would be appriciated.

Backup Settings lost after upgrade to 4.0.3
After upgrading to 4.0.3 I've lost all my backup settings on one of my PCs. When I start AB, the home screen is empty, all jobs are gone.
Luckily I made an export of my settings a few months ago. So I imported them again, what first seemed to work. Since some jobs are scheduled, they started immediately. So far OK. But then they terminate abnormally with an error message "invalid parameter". And after that the settings are lost again and the home screen is empty again!
Please tell me how to fix this.

When new AOMEI OneKey Recovery
AOMEI OneKey Recovery 1.6 don't works with Windows 10 installed after Aniversary Update (08.2016). Worse...there is problem with instalation. There is no possibility to use it - application is unusefull :(
When will be new version of AOMEI OneKey Recovery whitch is compatibily with actual Windows 10?

Does backupper pro have an option to remember network credentials to access a remote network drive when doing backups? Or do I have to enter the credentials every time I run a backup?

Can't Enable F11 Boot Menu
I have successfully made the recovery partition using OneKey. However, every time I try to enable the F11 menu in the settings I get this error message. I've disabled secure boot and still happens. Any ideas?

Error: Cannot Start Windows because **** file cannot be verified
When setting up OneKey pro, using an external drive as the backup drive, everything proceeded during the set up until the reboot sequence. Then I had a Windows (Win10) error message saying Windows couldn't be loaded because a file could not be verified. The message was there for a short time before the computer switched itself off, but I think it was something like AmBakdrv or similar. I switched on my computer again and this time it entered Windows, but the file creation process had stopped and I had to reopen the program and start again. This time it did not need to reboot, so it completed the backup, supposedly successfully but I am still worried that the missing (?) driver or file will make a difference. Can you help me?

Cannot Turn Off Secure Boot while in UEFI
I cannot add the F11 message to bootup because I am being instructed to "turn off secure boot". I would do so if I could, but I am using UEFI and there is no option to turn it off, it's compulsory to use it (at least on this laptop). I don't really want to revert to Legacy Boot just on the chance I might have to reinstall from the backup. Is there no other way? Can I use the recovery backup in another way? (I notice the backup has the same file extention as my other Backupper saves - could it be run in the same way, through Backupper??)

restore fails when resizing partitions
Hello,
I'm using Backupper Std 4.0.3 and having trouble restoring an image.
I am going from a 120gig to 250gig HDD and after restore it will not boot.
I did "edit partitions on destination disk" and told it to fill the disk.
It expands the system reserved beyond 500MB. (This shouldn't be resized?!?)
And it expands the C drive to fill the rest of the space.
When the restore process finishes it says error 2, unable to assign drive letter.
Reboot and I'm greeted with windows startup error unable to read disk.
If I restore the partitions exactly as read from the original disk it seems to work. Only fails on making changes to the partition table.

Problem with Keyboard layout
Hi
Today I tested to restore a HDD from backup. I created a Windows PE Bootable Disc and stored it to an USB stick. Booting from this USB stick is no problem, but the keyboard layout is wrong.
I am using german version of AOMEI Backupper. However, I life in Switzerland. In Switzerland the main language is also german but the Swiss keyboard layout is different to Germany (because we have multiple officially spoken languages in Switzerland)
So, normal usage of my AOMEI Backupper is fine, it is (rather poorly translated) german and the keyboard layout is Swiss.
But when I boot from AOMEI Bootable Disc then the language is german but the keyboard layout is Germany (not Switzerland).
The main problem you will face when you like to connect to your NAS with Username/Password and the password contains special characters. It will be very hard for you to find any special character on a Swiss keyboard which is treat like a German keyboard.

Network Path failure
Hi,
I want to backup some files from a Qnap Nas drive to a Qnap Nas drive. To perform this backup for my client I need to install this software in our office rather than to install it on the customer's computer. When I give network path AOMEI says failed to connect with the network path. But when I install the software on my client's machine it connects immediately. However, I can open the network drive from my office computer without VPN connection.
Please advise.
