Habe gerade beim Backup folgende die Meldung bekommen.
Beutet das nun das die Sicherung nicht funktioniert hat?
Informationscode:4104
Ungültige Image-Datei. Diese Datei ist vielleicht nicht vollständig oder beschädigt worden, oder sie entspricht nicht mit der aktuellen Software-Version.
Bin für Informtionen dankbar.

I have successfully made the recovery partition using OneKey. However, every time I try to enable the F11 menu in the settings I get this error message. I've disabled secure boot and still happens. Any ideas?

I have Linux (ext4 file system) and Windows 7 on a harddisk. When I make a backup with version 3.5.0 of the Linux partition, and then I restore it, Linux cannot boot and the message "grub repair (the bootloader) appears. What is going wrong? Some years ago, I had no problems at all with much older AOMEI versions.

I am trying to explore files from a backup of my old computer. I can attach the drive and see some forlders. When I try to open a folder, I am told I do not have permission to access the contents of the folder. If I try to take ownership and give myself permission the process fails saying the folder is read only. If I try to remove read only status it fails. Not much good making backups if one cannot acces the files.

Ich habe einen Rechner mit Windows 7, 64 bit, 9 GB Ram, Nachgelagert ein externes Festplattengehäuse mit 2x 6 TB Festplatten , auf denen bisher gesichert wurde. Bisher lief alles gut. Beim Startversuch des Backupprogrammes sagt es mir nun neuerdings immer wieder:
"Die aktuelle Version unterstützt keine portable Version. Wenn Sie eine portable Version verwenden möchten, wählen Sie bitte Technican Plus Edition."
(The current version does notsupport portable version. If you want to use a portable version, please select Technican Plus Edition.)
Ich nutze die Professional Version. Die Änderung ist mir unerklärlich. Somit startet das Programm nicht. Spiele ich die Urversion (Version unbekannt, aus Jan.2017) wieder auf und registriere mich, läuft es einmal, dann ist Schluss. Mit dem neuesten Update genauso. Ich habe nirgendwo im Netz was gefunden. Könnt ihr mir helfen ?

when trying to convert my M.2 Samsung 960 Pro (512GB) from MBR to GPT I get the error message "Error 104: Total clusters too large & exceed the file system allowed capacity." The disk contains only one partition. I use Windows 10.
I have no clue what this error means? Can anybody help?

Hi All,
I made 5 system back ups of my 2008 sbs server before a Migration with AOMEI Backupper Server version.
I havre receovred those from a External USB drive,
But wish to restore one of them on a newer Server which is running same Win 2008 OS and version of AOEMI.
But when I load image to restore it says eitehr Version of AOBUP is different, ( which it is not) image is damaged ( don't beleiave so as size of them is correct. ( is there a way I can check that what I recoevered is ok?)
I have been able to import / export the log file, so AOEMI knows they are there but how does one under utiltities section import the images, bit confused here.

Hi all,
I have read how to migrate my system to a new disk by attaching it to the computer and cloning following instructions. Nevertheless, in my case I have a laptor with an internal HDD so I cannot directly attach a new SSD and perform direct migration. How can I do this? (I suppose I will have to perform a two-step process with two clones ore something). Can I use a network share to store the image instead of an attached disk somehow?

I'm trying to sync multiple folders from my computer with a externe USB device. Everything worked as it should during the first, second and third sync. Now I'm getting always a "Files in User" error while syncing. Even if i havn't start any programm and my system is completly fresh started.
System: Windows 10 x64 (anniversary update)
Program: Aomei Backupper v3.5
I'm not sure if it's maybe not working because the anniversary update or because i updated from v3.4 to v3.5. I recreated the sync task after the update (from aomei) and the first, second and third time every went well. Has someone any suggestions to fix this issue?

Latest version of AOMEI Partition Assistant 6.1 has a version 9.20 of 7-zip installed in its directory.
Secunia PSI warns that this version is "end of life" and has security risks.
So please on next version update this to latest version 16.04. Thank you :)
I cannot access the drive on my Asus router, even though I can see it in Windows file explorer. I am using the AOMEI Free backup. Do I need to have the full pro version for this to work? Or am I doing something stupid?
Any help would be appriciated.

I am trying to just restore to a new location or explore the backup. I just need some of the data in the back-up.
When I try any way of restoring I get this message:
Information Code:4164
The destination path is too long, please restore to original location or change a shorter path and try again.
I have tried restore to a shorter path "C:\restore" and still get the message.

I am accustomed to Aomei creating a single large backup file. I am setting up my Surface Pro 4 with Windows 10 Creator's edition and attempting to backup to a Samsung T3 USB drive. The backup completes but, instead of a single backup image, I get many 4gb+ images. I can't find a setting to correct this. Please help!!!
At the end of the setup process to install AOMEI Backupper Standard free ersion I receive the messge that ipersistfile save failed code 0x80070005 The program appears to work ok but why do I get this message and is it important? I;m using Windows 10 and it's fully up to date.
Hi, I have been trailing osftare and I used it last Thursday to do a full system back up of our Windows 2008 SBS server before I started a migration to a Windows 2012 server. I did more than one and checked back up intregerty after they finished.
Also checked that they were there under home page.
They were back upped to a HP USB 2 External Hard drive.
Now I try and do any kind of restore, be in system restore, whaetever, the software is only finding back ups dated Monday 17th April, and it doesn't find any image of this drive I backed up to. Where would it of put this image adi file folder?
What might I be doing wrong here?

after connecting, it becomes with lot of dots in bucle... later i get this file error: bad fail number, im using a common win10 x64 iso, i guess there is the mistake
but what kind of iso should i use?

Also steps to restore my compele system in case of hard disk failure (using usb drive made from step 1).

Does backupper pro have an option to remember network credentials to access a remote network drive when doing backups? Or do I have to enter the credentials every time I run a backup?
