Following a major fault on my desktop I am currently without it.
I had a full backup on a separate hard drive and was able to mount that on a laptop and explore the image. I would like to copy a few files from it to use on a Notepad but attempted copying tells me that access is denied (despite being signed on as Administrator on the laptop).
According to the folder properties the Admin has ownership and full access.
Any ideas, please?
