Reverse synchronization you

Hi you all,
I appreciate a lot the synchronization tool, since I often work between my PC and my laptop and I back up everything in an external SSD.

I use more often my PC: how can I easily synchro the laptop without copying the full content of the SSD... but just taking last modifications?
