New to Aomei free backupper

i just downloaded this product, I created a disc back up, but to be honest I'm a bit overwhelmed.

Questions...

I'm not sure what to back up, I'd like everything backed up so if my computer is lost, crashes or ransomed I have a complete replacement option.  What do I select to do that?

I'd like back ups to occur automatically, is there a way to make that happen with this version?
