Created Boot USB does not boot

When i create in Backupper USB stick to boot up from it ( Legacy or UEFI) with Windows PE automatic download, stick that I create does not boot. 

Tried to make it on two computers, both windows 10. Three different USB keys. No success. 

I get the message - Disk read error when booting. 

When I create BOotable image from Aomei Particion assistant I dont have that problem, all is working well. But I need backuper not Particion assistant.
