Procedure to restore a disk Image backup into a new disk (with no Windows installed)

I backed up my OS disk, which have the Windows Server 2016 installation. This disk has two partitions: A) the reserved partition and the partition where OS files are.

What are the steps to restore this Disk Backup image to a new "virgin" disk?
